Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Many of our items are thoughtfully sourced, small-batch, or made to order, which may require additional processing time. If an item has an extended lead time, this will be clearly noted in the product description.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. If you’re interested in international shipping, please reach out to us directly before placing an order.

Furniture & Oversized Items

Larger or oversized items may require freight or white-glove delivery. These shipments often have longer lead times and additional handling requirements. Our team will contact you directly after purchase to coordinate delivery details and ensure a smooth experience.

Please note that freight deliveries typically require:

  • A delivery appointment

  • Curbside or threshold delivery unless otherwise arranged

  • Someone present to receive the item

Delivery Timing

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has left our hands, delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, though we’re always happy to assist with tracking and communication.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, additional fees, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist in filing a claim or determining next steps.

Returns & Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
